Competition is coming. The vital and critical first round. I must remember what Sensei told me - To do a Kata as if somebody threatens you with a knife - Fierce and Hard. I will remember what Mr. Kim told me - To do a Kata with expression. Breath in through nose, Breath out through mouth. I told myself - 要对自己有信心. No matter who my opponent is, I believe I should be able to perform fine. I shall not tremble no matter how nervous I am.

I will and must get through the first round.
